Live webcast seminars are offered at a scheduled time, but viewers can attend from anywhere with an established internet connection. Slides and written materials can be downloaded before the program begins. Webcasts are NOT archived, so you can only view them on the day of the live event.
During the webcast you will see four (4) unique Attendance Verification code letters, each consisting of a single letter that will be broadcast during the program. These code letters document your participation in this CLE program. All four code letters will appear several times, at random intervals during the program.
In order to receive CLE credit, you will need to log back in to your online CLE account. Select the webcast title you viewed and click on the tab marked "Certificateā and enter the four code letters in the order you received them.
NOTE 1: The Ohio Supreme Court does not grant partial credit for webcasts. Therefore, you must view the webcast in its entirety. New lawyers note: webcasts are not an approved instruction method for New Lawyer Training (NLT) credit.
NOTE 2: The Ohio Supreme Court awards only self-study credit for webcasts. A maximum of 6 hours of self study is allowed per reporting period. For a webcast longer than 6 hours, only 6 hours will be awarded (no carry over is permitted).
